Privacy Policy

This policy explains how MRM Capital Holdings Inc. ("we") handles information in TonHaul, a dispatch platform used by trucking companies and their drivers.

Information we collect

Driver name, mobile phone number and email address, provided by the trucking company or the driver; truck and job details; location of the driver's device while the driver is signed in and online in the driver app; and photos of load tickets uploaded by drivers.

How we use it

To dispatch and manage hauling jobs, show job progress to the trucking company, produce load records for billing and pay, sign drivers in, and send job-related and login text messages.

Text messaging

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used only to send the login codes and job notifications described in our SMS Terms. We share them only with the text message provider that delivers those messages on our behalf.

Sharing

Job and load information is shared with the trucking company the driver works with. Customers of that trucking company may see the progress of their own jobs. We use service providers for hosting, email and text messaging. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Information is kept while the trucking company uses TonHaul and as required for billing and tax records. Data is stored on servers in the United States with encrypted connections.
